Once your proof has been approved, orders require 1–2 weeks for production. Please allow additional time for shipping, as delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location.
Yes! A proof will be provided within 2 business days for all customised candles. Production will only begin once the proof has been approved by the client to ensure all details are correct.
An additional cost will be charged.
If you require an order urgently, please contact us before placing your order via email or text. We will do our best to accommodate where possible, subject to availability.
Yes! Many of our items can be personalised with names, dates, or special messages. We can also take custom fonts, colours, or ribbon options into consideration.
Please get in touch before placing your order to discuss your preferences. A proof will be sent for your approval before production begins to ensure everything is perfect.
Yes! We are located in Greystanes, NSW 2145.
Address will be provided once order is complete and ready for pick up.
Yes! We ship Australia-wide.
For international orders, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide a shipping quote.
